I received updates throughout the entire visit and never felt my time was being wasted or I was spinning my wheels. I will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade my ride and I won’t hesitate to put my CTS for sale name on the line referring others. Many experts extensively reviewed XT5 elsewhere. Other than systemic underrating/over-criticism that I noticed in several reviews, there is not much to add on my own.
Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding. My only concern is the Cadillac CUE system sometimes does not want to recognize my wife's Apple i-phone so we can use Pandora or I heart radio . The wife loves it, as it is very pleasing for the female driver, as it is a big stable, comfortable ride. Reliability will remain to be seen but so far it is a huge upgrade to the feel compared to the Lexus. I recommend this vehicle for those with 60k to spend, definitely get the upgrades.
